Rental Cancellation Policy
Regular Reservations (Excluding Family House):
- Cancellation Fee: Equivalent to one night (non-refundable).
- Refunds: No refunds on any deposits paid after 2 p.m., 14 days prior to arrival.
- Change of Dates: A $50 fee per change. No changes allowed after 2 p.m., 14 days prior to arrival.
- Shortened Stays: No refunds are available for shortened stays.
Regular Reservations (Excluding Family House):
Special dates include stays with any of the following nights: 5/24/24 - 5/26/24, 7/4/24 - 7/6/24, 8/9/24 - 8/11/24, 8/16/24 - 8/18/24, 8/30/24 - 9/1/24, 9/6/24 - 9/8/24, 9/13/24 - 9/15/24, 9/20/24 - 9/22/24, 9/27/24 - 9/29/24, 10/4/24 - 10/6/24, 10/11/24 - 10/13/24.

Campsite Cancellation Policy
Special Dates & Seven-Night Stays:
Special dates include stays with any of the following nights: 5/24/24 - 5/26/24, 7/4/24 - 7/6/24, 8/9/24 - 8/11/24, 8/16/24 - 8/18/24, 8/30/24 - 9/1/24, 9/6/24 - 9/8/24, 9/13/24 - 9/15/24, 9/20/24 - 9/22/24, 9/27/24 - 9/29/24, 10/4/24 - 10/6/24, 10/11/24 - 10/13/24.
- Stays of One To Six Nights: A $50 cancellation fee will apply. No refunds on any deposits paid after 2 p.m., 14 days prior to arrival.
- Stays of Seven Nights or More: A $100 cancellation fee. No refunds after 2 p.m., 14 days prior to arrival.
- Change of Dates: A $20 fee per change. No changes allowed after 2 p.m., 14 days prior to arrival.
- Shortened Stays: A $40 fee per night for shortened stays. Stays cannot be shortened below the minimum night stay.
Regular Reservation of Less Than a Week:
- Cancellation Fee: A $50 cancellation fee. No refunds after 2 p.m., 2 days prior to arrival.
- Change of Dates: A $20 fee per change. No changes allowed after 2 p.m., 2 days prior to arrival.
- Shortened Stays: A $30 fee per night for shortened stays. Stays cannot be shortened below the minimum night stay.
Pet Policy
We’re delighted to welcome your well-behaved pet to Lazy River Campground!
- Pet-Friendly Cabins: Pets are permitted in Flint Ridge 2, Dawes, Heisey, Earthworks A, Riverview 1, Hot Rod Hut, Lobdell, and Park Model cabins. There is an additional charge for pets in cabins.
- Pet-Free Zones: Pets are not permitted in other buildings or cabins.
- Leashing and Clean-Up: Pets must be leashed at all times, picked up after, and should not be left unattended.
- Pet Conduct: Pets must not disturb neighbors.
